Bearded Kitten Win Festival Award

In neither myth nor legend, since the Romans or Greeks has a tirade of mud, elastic, hay and BASS shaken citizens all the way to their core quite like Secret Garden Party 2011, and Bearded Kitten were proud to be at the heart of it. This year the Collo-silly-ium was off the hook, it’s amazing what can be achieved in a field with some straw and a bit of imagination. WOW Thank You.
The Collo-silly-ium, a contemporary amphitheater filled with mayhem equivalent to it’s ancient counterparts.
As always Bearded Kitten served up a full plate of interactive gaming during the day. No we are not talking about the latest Wii Fit Challenge but SGP by day with Bearded Kitten definitely whipped many Gardeners into shape!
But even for those feeling less than human a good show was the perfect way spend the day, spectating is a highly encouraged and commended sport at Bearded Kitten.
Games included Mission Impossible….
Contestants are lowed from our 10m high truss where they must collect not diamonds but a number of randoms items including inflatable bananas and wigs that have been cruelly bathed in the worlds spiciest hot sauce. To make matters worse they must do so using only there teeth as they hover perilously above the beard mud pit! The Collo-silly-ium audience then decide if they should be dunked or if they should stay clean. The game is of course backed by the mission impossible soundtrack.
Human Crowd Surfing…
The whole arena is involved here in passing competitors from one corner of the arena to the other on a giant surf board with their hands held aloft. The ‘surfer’ passed the furthest before falling off is deemed the winner.
Airel Bungy Antics…
Good Old Mud Wrestling…
The Royal Rumble….
And then then dancing…
Bouncing…
and HAVING IT….
Night time saw the Collo-silly-ium turn into a raging arena where thousands danced the nights away amidst fire, smiles and 24K of BASS.

During the day Bearded Kitten were busy hosting an off the wall gameshow up at the Healthy T Tent.

After dark we hosted a smash up super-rave venue in the late night BOOMTOWN field. Beneath is a before and after shot.
What a week! So Glastonbury, Campo Pequeno with Bearded Kitten in The Common can only be described as an adventure of epic proportions. It began on Thursday night with the Lucha Britainna Mexican Wrestling which saw queues form around the beast that is the Campo Pequeno.
Charlie Partridge gets the crowd going.
The sign says it all. These outrageous and talented stage-men wowed, wooed and revved us up for the weekend ahead with flattening, flipping and fierceness.
Friday saw the nine meter truss put into action with audience participation aerial fights. Two contestants battle it out hitting each other with space hoppers.
By night the Campo Pequeno became an outdoor pumping night club graced by the like of DJ Yoda, Friendly Fires and Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaur.
Horse Meat Disco early hours of Sunday morning.
The build is coming on nicely today.
