The ideal candidate would have experience working in the event industry in a similar role and has demonstrable experience leading complex projects and accounts with budgets of £500k plus. This position requires the ability to lead on client communication, manage teams, delegate tasks, negotiate contracts, oversee suppliers and be an instant team player with an ‘anything is possible’ attitude with a proactive approach to learning.

Production Manager

This role will be responsible for ensuring efficient, high-quality, and safe planning/pre-production of any installations, exhibitions, live events, and brand activations assigned by the Head of Production. The ideal Account Director would have experience of working in the event industry as an Account Manager or similar role and demonstrate that they can lead complex projects and accounts with budgets of £1m+. This position requires the ability to lead accounts and build effective client relationships, think strategically and play a pivotal role in translating client objectives into reality whilst managing account resources.
