Senior 3D Designer

The appropriate candidate will work closely under the Creative Director and will lead in creating comprehensive 3D designs, in response to client briefs. The candidate needs strong all-round design skills from concept generation through to technical drawings. 3D designs will be used for both client approval and by our in-house build managers so an understanding of materials and construction methodologies is essential on top of rendering skills.

As a Senior 3D Designer you must be able to respond to clients appropriately throughout the design process, be able to measure up and build venue models to an appropriate degree of accuracy for temporary events, be a strong team player who can support colleagues in problem solving and have the ability to work independently, taking initiative and managing your own time.

Production Manager (Mid/Senior)

The Production Manager role is responsible for managing and coordinating medium to large scale projects for Bearded Kitten (the creative experience agency) and Bearded Kitten Studios (the creative fabrication arm).

This role will be responsible for ensuring efficient, high-quality, and safe planning/pre-production of any installations, exhibitions, live events, and brand activations assigned by the Head of Production. The position calls for a technical professional with demonstrated experience in all aspects of production management including budget management, as well as someone who is enthusiastic, passionate, helpful, and supportive in all aspects of their work.

Senior Producer

The ideal candidate would have experience working in the event industry in a similar role and has demonstrable experience leading complex projects and accounts with budgets of £500k plus. This position requires the ability to lead on client communication, manage teams, delegate tasks, negotiate contracts, oversee suppliers and be an instant team player with an ‘anything is possible’ attitude with a proactive approach to learning. 

This is a senior position and we are willing to invest with training and development, ensuring continuous professional development and growth within the company.
