A discovery playhouse immersive experience that reimagines retail by inviting consumers to get hands-on with products from the world’s best brands.

We designed a live, ever-evolving retail destination unlike anything else on the High Street for SITU LIVE at Westfield London, which went on to become an award-winning store!

With a focus on merchandising through storytelling; the space engages shoppers through immersive product exhibits to ‘inspire their everyday’, taking them on a journey of exploration, interaction and discovery.

The Brief

Situ Live needed a flexible, durable retail blueprint built to last two years and easily reconfigured for future rollouts. Every space, especially the six lifestyle theatres, had to adapt to different product sizes, partners and activations.

Creative Concept

We designed a modular, plug-and-play environment built around storytelling. Each theatre acted as a lifestyle scene, shifting the space from “store” to “experience” with minimal effort.

The Delivery

We created a full spatial system including a digital stage backdrop, flexible power solutions, adaptable merchandising rigs and a backstage green room - reusing elements from the venue wherever possible.

The Impact

The destination became an award-winning retail experience, setting the benchmark for experiential merchandising and shaping the blueprint for future Situ Live venues.
